BG Mechanic was a life saver!!! The rod in my piston broke, which meant I needed to replace the entire engine. They came out to my residence to diagnose the issue, which saved me an expensive tow service for a simple diagnostic. They were courteous, professional, and up front with every cost and concern regarding the repair of my vehicle. Their prices were also the best I was quoted and the service was very quick. They even gave me a first responder discount for being a nurse without me even knowing they offered that. The communication was exceptional as well. I always received answers to my questions through texts within an hour of messaging them, but most of the time instantaneously. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced, and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you guys so much!!! You saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress!

These guys were extremely prompt! Worked with my schedule, came to my job to convenience ME. Worked quickly and did a superb job. The parts they replaced with came with a 3 year warranty and I appreciate that they only use the best quality parts available! I will never use another mechanic as long as they're in business.
